🍸 use our template for your 2025 vision board

After a busy December, you might be hiding out at home this January, but if your social cup is feeling a little empty and you want to get out and about - here's how to make the most of your time off!

With the girls: The first “Garden Open Days” of the year are happening this weekend at Hampton Court Palace, where you can wander the 800 acres of beautiful green space for free. Grab your girlfriends, a hot drink and catch up while wandering these stunning gardens.

Going solo: If some self-care is on your 2025 bucket list, then head to the Slomo Sauna pop-up in King’s Cross. A DJ and Bestival founder turned sauna-preneur created this Scandinavian sauna as a place to rest and reset, complete with a range of budget-friendly options including hot yoga and female-only sessions starting at just £9.

Date night: Ever wonder what 800 springs that light up when touched look like? Me neither, but that’s why there are more creative people in the world like artist Robin Baumgarten who created this free “Quantum Jungle” interactive installation in Bethnal Green this week.

Staying in: At home this weekend? Why not get to work on that 2025 vision board? Whether you have done one before or not, vision boarding is a great way to set your goals for the year in a fun dreamy way (you can worry about actually making these things happen on Monday!). For now, create your vision board either on Pinterest, using magazine cutouts, with a vision boarding kit or using my free Canva template to hone in on what's going to be important to you in 2025!

The Vineyard Hotel: If you are ready to break your dry January, then there is no better place than the Vineyard Hotel, a wine lover's dream hotel. Treat yourself at this gorgeous hotel in Newbury to spa treatments, wine tasting, and time to relax, read, and rest.

Aire Ancient Baths, Covent Garden: Stay close to home and indulge in the ultimate spa day at Aire Ancient Baths in Covent Garden. Located in the basement of a 17th-century building, this candlelit spa is inspired by Greco-Roman spa traditions and is a great way to treat yourself for maintaining all your healthy January habits!

This week, I attended a wonderful goal-setting workshop at Old Sessions House in Farringdon and met some amazing female founders and professional women.

The event reminded me of the importance of building personal connections beyond our immediate circle of friends and industry peers. Meeting women from different work backgrounds and career paths exposes us to new ideas and ways of thinking.

This is the heart of Peer Suite and the main reason I am creating this new community for women who want to excel in their professional and personal lives.

Many exciting things are bubbling and I am looking forward to sharing more with you soon about our online community and events!
