✨ Thank you for being part of Peer Suite’s first year

Hi Reader,

As we wrap up 2025 and head into the holidays, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what we built together at Peer Suite this year.

I officially launched Peer Suite at the end of April, just eight months ago, and I’m honestly so proud of what has been created in such a short amount of time.

Most of all, I want to say thank you. None of this would exist without the women who showed up, trusted the space, and leaned into building real connections.

Here’s a little look back at what happened this year.

2025, By Numbers

  • 18 Peer Suite events hosted
  • 540 guests were welcomed across online and offline events
  • 422 women joined us in person
  • 293 handwritten, curated connection cards
  • 50,000+ steps on walks and talks
  • Several wines were tasted and many glasses of prosecco toasted!

Behind each of these numbers is a conversation, a follow-up message, a collaboration, or a connection that didn’t exist before Peer Suite!

The Events

From the beginning, my vision was for Peer Suite events to feel different to traditional networking. I wanted each experience to feel personal, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable.

Across the year, we hosted a mix of experiences, including:

  • Walk & Talks that made the connection feel relaxed and natural
  • Intimate fireside conversations with founders and operators
  • Wellness-focused sessions supporting focus, energy, and balance
  • Practical workshops covering areas like personal branding, leadership and career growth
  • Curated networking events where the introductions were intentional, not random

The goal stayed the same throughout. To create a space where meaningful conversations could happen and real, long-term relationships could form.

The Real Impact

If each attendee at a Peer Suite event made just three meaningful connections, that’s over 1,600 new relationships formed in eight months. And if they made ten new connections, that number jumps to over 5,400!

This is where deeper relationships form, where opportunities are explored, support is shared, and you build a network you can lean on through every stage of your career.

Peer Suite Online Platform

We also launched the online platform for Peer Suite membership. A space designed to support women beyond events, including:

  • A member directory to make staying connected easier
  • Curated resources for career growth
  • A growing library of tools and content to support work and life
  • 1:1 curated introductions
  • Member perks and discounts on female-founded brands

The Signature Curation

One of the most meaningful parts of this year for me personally was writing 293 handwritten connection cards, introducing guests at our events to three to five aligned women.

Yes, I stalked your LinkedIn before you joined an event! I read profiles, posts, past roles, and company histories. I looked for shared experiences, complementary paths, and small personal details that could turn an introduction into a genuine connection.

These connections were not random or automated, and they allowed me to learn more about each of the women in our community in a way that goes beyond what you might experience in other networks.

Thank you so much for being part of Peer Suite this year. I see the time you invested in joining our events as an investment in yourself and in your future career.

One thing I hear more and more often is that jobs, board seats, roles, and opportunities are no longer found online. They happen through the networks you’re part of and the rooms you keep showing up to. It’s been such a joy to see women return to multiple events this year, join the membership, and even meet up outside of Peer Suite.

My passion has always been supporting women throughout their careers, at every stage. But most importantly, it’s about bringing women together so they have a peer network they can truly lean on. And ideally, have a little fun along the way too.

Wishing you a wonderful holiday season. I hope you’re able to properly switch off, rest, and head into 2026 feeling recharged and excited for what’s ahead!

Your friend,
Rebecca x
